Contact Streamline Electrical

Call, email or send the form below. We’ll come back to you with a real timeframe rather than an optimistic one.

Tell us what you need

A few details is all we need to get you a price or book a time. We’ll come back to you as soon as we can.

A photo of the switchboard or the fitting saves a visit surprisingly often. Email it to admin@streamlineelectrics.com.au after you send this.

We’ll come back to you as soon as we can.

What happens after you get in touch

  1. Step 1: We read it

Every enquiry goes to Nick, not into a shared inbox run offshore.

  2. Step 2: We ask a couple of things

Usually about the problem you're having, the age of the place and access.

  3. Step 3: You get a fixed price

In writing, before anyone books a day in. Every job.

  4. Step 4: We book you in

We'll tell you when we're available and book in a time that suits you.

After-hours call-outs

Something's gone wrong right now

If you’ve lost power, you can smell burning or something has started tripping repeatedly, ring rather than emailing. We run after-hours call-outs for urgent faults across the south-east, and we’ll tell you how soon we can realistically be there. We’re an after-hours service, not a 24/7 one, so you’ll always get a real answer rather than a promise we can’t keep.

Frequently asked questions

Before you get in touch

What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. Outside that we run after-hours call-outs for urgent faults, so if something has gone wrong at nine on a Tuesday night it’s still worth ringing.
Do you charge for a quote?
That depends on what you’re asking us to price. Putting a number on a job we can see, like a fan, an oven or a switchboard, is one thing. Coming out to work out why something has stopped is fault finding, and that carries a fixed diagnosis fee agreed before we set off. Either way you get a fixed price in writing before we book anything in.
Which suburbs do you cover?
We’re based in Frankston and work right across south-east Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. If your suburb isn’t in the list above, ask anyway, because the answer is usually yes.
Can I send a photo of the problem?

Please do. A photo of the switchboard, the fitting or whatever has stopped working often tells us more than a paragraph, and it sometimes saves you a visit.

Email photos to admin@streamlineelectrics.com.au, or attach one straight to the enquiry form above.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. A-grade licensed and fully insured, REC licence A71092. The number is on every quote we send, so you can check it before we start.
Do you take on commercial enquiries?
We do. Fit-outs, maintenance and breakdowns for shops, offices and warehouses. Mention it in the form and we’ll book a time that works around your trading hours.

We'd rather hear from you early than late

A quick question costs nothing to ask, and it’s usually cheaper than the fix that comes later.
