2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices may vary based on unforeseen circumstances or changes in project scope.
  • Additional charges may apply for after-hours services, emergency call-outs, or special equipment.

You will always be informed and required to approve any extra charges before work proceeds.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone (0434 402 561), or email (admin@streamlineelectrics.com.au).
  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee, especially for emergency or after-hours bookings.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept EFT, bank transfers, and other methods as agreed upon at the time of service.
  • Late payments may attract a late fee or interest as outlined on the invoice.

Invoices remain the property of Streamline Electrical & Data until paid in full.

5. Warranty

  • All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months unless stated otherwise.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to any materials or products supplied and installed.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, interference by third parties, or issues outside our control (e.g., power surges, weather damage).

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable steps to provide quality and safe services:

  • Streamline Electrical & Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant service.
